Set in Umag in the Istria Region, 200m from the nearest beach, 350m from Umag Central ATP Stadion Stella Maris and 500m from ACI Marina Umag.

The apartments are located in a new 2-storey building in Punta, Umag. The house area is 200m²large. Lower apartment »Maestral« is 100 m², upper apartment »Tramontana« is 80. m² with a terrace of 20 m². Every unit has an own barbecue place, a open dining area and terrace with views of the garden. The accommodations are air conditioned and are fitted with a flat-screen TV and free Wi FI. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cleaning products, an oven, kitchen stove, coffee maker and kettle. There is a private bathroom with a shower, bidet and a hair dryet in each unit. Towels are provided.

There are two small parking spaces available next to the house with an extra one located 50m away.The sea is 200m away from the apartments. A resort is nearby with nemorous beaches.

The nearest store is 450 meters away. The nearest hotels are Sol Umag, Melia Coral and Melia Istrian Villas.

Upper apartment »Tramontana« is 80 m² and terrace 20 m² for maximum 5 people: living room with sofa bed, big bathroom, 1.bedroom with King size bed and own bathroom, 2. bedroom with 2 single beds.

Umag is the most western resort town of Istria and Croatia. Umag is called the “Croatian gateway to Europe” for its proximity to Italy and Slovenia.
